Skånetrafiken – Viveca Ljungdahl

Skånetrafiken is the regional public transportation authority and operator in Skåne län, in the south of Sweden.

At Skånetrafiken I work as a Product Designer with a UI focus.

It is a collaborative process & agile development environment where I work closely with the business, UX, Engineering and marketing teams.

I'm involved with user testing, and building and maintaining the UI component design systems for Android and iOS.

PROCESS

At Skånetrafiken, I work as a Product designer, with UI as my main delivery.

In order to delivery the best UI possible I'm involved across the whole process. I work closely with the UX designers, get involved with business requirements, user testing, analysing the user testing results and make early iterations of what I think the UI can be in parallell with the UX discovery. Following this, I start creating the final UI. Throughout the design phase I have a dialogue with the Engineers, looking at what is feasible to build within an MVP.
